Administration Guide

This section covers features available to Admin, Tenant Admin, and Super Admin users.


Roles Overview

Freezone Documents

Manage the knowledge base that powers the AI Assistant and pricing engine:

  1. Go to Freezones in the admin section
  2. Upload or update free zone pricing documents
  3. These documents are indexed for AI search and used by the Quote engine

Billing & Subscription

Manage your team's subscription:

  1. Go to Billing in the admin section
  2. View your current plan (Starter, Professional, Enterprise)
  3. Upgrade or downgrade your plan
  4. Update payment method (powered by Stripe)
  5. View billing history and invoices

Settings

Access general settings from the Settings page:

  • Company Profile — company name, trade license, address
  • Team Management — invite users, assign roles
  • Branding — configure via the Templates page
  • Notifications — email and in-app notification preferences

Managing Feedback (Super Admin)

Review and respond to user feedback:

  1. Go to Manage Feedback in the admin section
  2. View all submitted feedback items
  3. Categorize as bug report, feature request, or general feedback
  4. Update status: Open → In Progress → Resolved

Tips

  • Regularly update free zone documents to keep pricing accurate
  • Review team activity from the Dashboard to monitor performance
  • Use the feedback system to collect improvement suggestions from your team
