Quotes
The Quotes module lets you generate professional quotations for UAE company formation packages. Pricing is automatically calculated using real free-zone data.
Creating a Quote
Quick Quote
- Navigate to Quotes in the sidebar
- Click Quick Quote or go to
/dashboard/quotes/generate - Fill in the details:
- Free Zone — select from IFZA, DMCC, RAKEZ, Meydan, SHAMS, etc.
- License Type — trade, freelancer, professional, e-commerce, etc.
- Visa Package — number of visas included
- Add-ons — office space, PRO services, bank account assistance, etc.
- The total is calculated automatically
- Click Generate Quote to save it
Manual Quote
If you need a custom quote that doesn't fit the standard template:
- Go to Quotes → New Quote
- Add line items manually with descriptions and amounts
- Apply discounts or special pricing as needed
- Save and preview
Quote Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Quote is being prepared, not yet sent |
| Sent | Quote has been sent to the client |
| Viewed | Client has opened the quote |
| Accepted | Client has approved the quote |
| Rejected | Client has declined the quote |
| Expired | Quote has passed its validity date |
Quote Actions
- Preview — View the quote as the client will see it
- Download PDF — Export the quote as a branded PDF
- Send — Email the quote directly to the client
- Duplicate — Create a copy of an existing quote
- Convert to Invoice — One-click conversion to an invoice
Branding Your Quotes
Quotes use the branding settings from your Templates page:
- Upload your company logo
- Set your brand colors
- Add company details (address, phone, trade license number)
- Customize the quote footer text
Go to Templates in the sidebar to configure your branding.
Tips
- Use the Quick Quote feature for standard packages — it's the fastest way to generate quotes
- Set an expiry date on quotes to create urgency
- The AI Assistant can help you look up free zone pricing if you're unsure about specific costs
