Welcome to QuoteLicense — the all-in-one SaaS platform built for UAE Corporate Service Providers (CSPs). This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to get up and running.
What is QuoteLicense?
QuoteLicense helps you manage your entire business-setup workflow:
- Generate quotes for free zone and mainland company formation
- Track leads through a visual Kanban pipeline
- Manage companies and visas across multiple clients
- Create and send invoices directly from your quotes
- Store and organize documents in one central place
- Leverage AI to answer freezone pricing and process questions instantly
First Steps
1. Log In
Head to app.quotelicense.com and sign in with the credentials provided by your administrator.
2. Explore the Dashboard
Once logged in, you'll land on your Dashboard — a real-time overview of:
- Total leads, quotes, and invoices
- Revenue stats and conversion rates
- Recent activity feed
3. Create Your First Lead
Navigate to Leads in the sidebar and click + New Lead. Fill in the client's name, email, phone number, and select their interested free zone or jurisdiction.
4. Generate a Quote
Go to Quotes → Quick Quote. Select the free zone, license type, visa package, and any add-ons. The system will auto-calculate based on the latest pricing data.
5. Send an Invoice
Once a quote is accepted, convert it to an Invoice with one click from the Quotes page.
