The Ask feature is your built-in AI copilot — powered by advanced language models with access to real free-zone data.

What Can It Do?

The AI Assistant can:

  • Look up free zone pricing — "What does an IFZA trade license cost?"
  • Compare free zones — "Compare DMCC vs RAKEZ for a tech startup"
  • Answer process questions — "What documents are needed for a SHAMS freelancer visa?"
  • Draft client communications — "Write a follow-up email for a lead interested in DMCC"
  • Explain regulations — "What are the UAE corporate tax requirements?"
  • Help with quotes — "What add-ons should I include for a Dubai mainland setup?"

How to Use It

  1. Click Ask in the sidebar (or press ⌘ + K and search for "Ask")
  2. Type your question in natural language
  3. The AI will search the knowledge base and provide an answer with sources
  4. Follow up with additional questions — the conversation maintains context

How It Works

Behind the scenes, the AI:

  1. Analyzes your question to determine the best approach
  2. Calls specialized tools to fetch real data (e.g., lookup_freezone_pricing, compare_freezones)
  3. Synthesizes the information into a clear, actionable response
  4. Cites sources so you can verify the data

This means responses are grounded in actual database records, not generic internet knowledge.

Conversation History

  • Conversations are saved automatically
  • Access previous chats from the conversation list
  • Each conversation maintains full context for follow-up questions

Tips

  • Be specific with your questions for better answers — "What is the IFZA DSO freelancer license cost for 2024?" is better than "How much does a license cost?"
  • Use it to draft client-facing content (emails, WhatsApp messages, proposal summaries)
  • Ask it to compare multiple free zones side-by-side for your clients
  • The AI has access to the same pricing data used by the Quick Quote feature
