Visa Tracker
The Visa Tracker helps you manage visa applications, track their status, and stay on top of renewal deadlines.
Adding a Visa Application
- Go to Visas Tracker in the sidebar
- Click + New Visa
- Fill in the details:
- Applicant Name — person the visa is for
- Company — linked company
- Visa Type — employment, investor, dependent, etc.
- Application Date — when submitted
- Status — current processing stage
- Click Save
Visa Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | Application is being prepared |
| Submitted | Sent to the authority for processing |
| Under Review | Authority is reviewing the application |
| Medical | Medical fitness test stage |
| Emirates ID | EID application in progress |
| Stamping | Visa stamping in progress |
| Completed | Visa has been issued |
| Rejected | Application was declined |
| Renewal | Existing visa needs renewal |
Tracking Progress
- Each visa shows a progress timeline with completed and pending steps
- Receive notifications when a visa moves to the next stage
- Filter visas by status, company, or applicant
Visa Renewals
- Visas nearing expiry are flagged automatically
- Generate renewal applications from existing records
- Track renewal status just like new applications
Tips
- Update visa statuses promptly to keep clients informed
- Attach required documents (passport copies, photos, medical reports) to each visa record
- Use the dashboard to see a count of active visa applications
