Lead Tracker

The Lead Tracker provides a Kanban-style pipeline view to visually manage your sales process from initial inquiry to deal closure.


Pipeline Stages

Your leads flow through these stages:

ContactedInitial outreach has been made
QualifiedLead has confirmed interest and budget
ProposalQuote has been sent to the lead
NegotiationPricing or terms are being discussed
WonDeal is closed, move to invoicing

Using the Kanban Board

Drag and Drop

  • Move leads between stages by dragging their card to the desired column
  • The stage is updated automatically when you drop the card
  • Each column shows a count of leads and total potential value

Lead Cards

Each card shows:

  • Client name and company
  • Phone and email
  • Interested free zone and license type
  • Estimated deal value
  • Days since last activity

Quick Actions

Click on a lead card to:

  • View full lead details
  • Add notes or activity logs
  • Generate a quote directly
  • Send an email
  • Edit lead information

Filtering and Search

  • Use the search bar at the top to find leads by name, company, or email
  • Filter by free zone, source, or assigned agent
  • Toggle between Kanban view and List view

Tips
